The color menu includes root touch-up and gray coverage, face framing, single process color, blonding, toner and glaze with a blowout, and balayage. Balayage is a custom, hand-painted highlighting method offered in two options. The salon describes its blonding services as top-tier. Other services include women's wash, haircut and blowouts, men's cuts, body wave, keratin and formaldehyde-free Brazilian blowout smoothing treatments, blowouts, updos and makeup.

Extension services cover tape-in and beaded weft installs, keratin bond installs and removal of tape-in extensions. New clients are asked to leave a deposit for several services, and all deposits are non-refundable. Appointments not cancelled at least 12 hours ahead carry a 45% cancellation or no-show fee. Clients who arrive late get a 15-minute grace period, and later arrivals count as a cancellation. To reschedule, clients call the salon. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The salon is open Monday from 10 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 12 PM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
