The practice is built around concierge service, with appointments that run long and move at an unhurried pace. Deborah Lenchus personally carries out every treatment and never hands treatments off to technicians. Medical oversight comes from Joshua D. Lenchus, DO, RPh, FACP, SFHM. The practice also offers in-home concierge visits, group events and private Botox parties.

A new patient begins with a consultation, priced at $100 and applied toward any treatment or product chosen. It covers goals, medical history, a skin and facial structure exam and an optional Aura 3D scan that evaluates wrinkles, texture, pigmentation and pores, with a copy of the scan taken home. Plans are customized to each client's anatomy, skin, goals and medical history, and nothing is booked until the client decides. Many treatments can begin the same day once a plan is set, and the practice says there is never pressure to proceed. Resurfacing is quoted at consultation based on laser, area, depth and whether a series is planned.

Resurfacing options include fractional CO2 at 10,600 nm, erbium YAG at 2,940 nm and erbium glass at 1540 nm. Ablative treatments remove the surface layer and involve about three to ten days of visible healing, followed by pinkness that fades over weeks. Non-ablative treatments heat the tissue beneath the surface and are done as a series; the 1540 nm option is typically planned as three to five sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. Ablative lasers are used with more caution on skin types IV and generally not on types V and VI, while the 1540 nm laser is considered for types IV to VI with conservative settings. Eye protection is worn throughout laser work, a full face usually takes under an hour, and daily broad-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher is advised once the skin has healed. The practice describes its treatments as having minimal downtime and results as subtle, and notes that individual results vary.

Bridal skin prep plans are offered for brides, grooms and wedding parties, carried out in the private suite or through in-home concierge visits. The practice recommends starting 6 to 12 months before the wedding for deeper treatments. Prep can include glutathione, biotin and hydration IV drips, VI Peel and BioRePeel chemical peels, dermaplaning and medical facials, and the bridal page is medically reviewed by Deborah Lenchus, MSN, APRN. Memberships are offered in three tiers: Radiance at $150 per month, Luminous at $250 and Opulence at $400. Each gives a monthly credit, retail skincare discounts and treatment discounts, and all include concierge priority booking. Opulence adds early-morning and after-hours appointments arranged through the concierge. Memberships run a 6-month minimum, then month to month, with 30 days notice to cancel. Cherry financing splits treatment costs into monthly payments, and the practice also sells gift cards and retails skincare.
