Deborah Lenchus, MSN, APRN

Deborah Lenchus founded LuXe Concierge Aesthetics in Davie, where she works as a nurse practitioner and runs the practice. She holds a Florida license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and brings more than 20 years of nursing experience, more than 20 of which have been in aesthetics. Her training includes a degree from the University of Vermont School of Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida International University, where she has also served as a clinical instructor. She co-owns and co-founded Elevate Aesthetics Academy, which trains nurse practitioners, physician assistants and physicians in injection technique and energy-based treatments. She has given live VI Peel demonstrations and presented at VI Peel-sponsored conferences on provider education. Her clinical work centers on neurotoxins, dermal fillers and facial balancing, collagen biostimulators, and laser and energy devices, including fractional CO2, erbium YAG, IPL, diode hair removal and RF skin tightening. She also performs resurfacing and PRX treatments, medical-grade microneedling and chemical peels, and leads the practice's supervised medical weight-management program. Her approach begins with understanding what a patient hopes to change and what feels comfortable to them. She evaluates the whole face and selects the most conservative option likely to reach that goal. Candidacy, contraindications and realistic expectations are covered at every consultation, and she will recommend against a treatment when that is the better choice. Laser selection, settings, depth and session count are settled in the treatment room with each client. She has an artistic eye for natural-looking results. She keeps up her education to stay current on techniques. She belongs to the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners, and is a past member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
