The studio began as Glammed By Jules LV and was later renamed Luxe Hair by Jules before taking its current name. Owner Juliet Acosta launched it as her first business in the beauty field, and she is the only stylist working there.

New clients complete a New Client Intake Form before they can book. Returning clients can book directly with the stylist or through the website. Clients are asked to describe their hair history and condition at booking and again at consultation, since color and extension work depends on it. Beaded weft and K-tip installs require a consultation before booking, and tape-in pricing is set after consultation.

Deposits are $50 for color appointments and $20 for other services, paid at booking. They are non-refundable but count toward the service total. Extension appointments require the hair to be prepaid in full to secure the install. Rescheduling or cancelling needs 48 hours' notice; shorter notice means a 50% fee and a new deposit to rebook. No-call no-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit and the full service charge, and arriving more than 15 minutes late results in cancellation and rescheduling with a 50% charge. A card is kept on file and charged only for cancellation fees. Payment is accepted in cash, major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Apple Cash, and Apple Pay or Tap to Pay, with a 3% fee on card and contactless payments. Services and retail products are not refundable.

Services cover hair color, blonding, haircutting, hair extensions, hair treatments, blowouts and some styling. The studio works on all hair types, textures and densities up to 3C, and offers curly cuts for spiral curls up to 3B. The studio says its lived-in color and blonding are designed to be low maintenance and can go six months or more without upkeep, using blended lightening, lowlights and shadowed roots. Traditional highlighting uses uniform strands from the root and usually needs touch-ups every one to three months. Starting prices include a full color package from $275, a haircut at $100, a blowout at $100 and a full blonding package from $285. A refresh is recommended every six to eight weeks for color and blonding. Men's services and short cuts such as pixies are not offered.

Prioritizes hair health, the client's goals and confidence, and avoids compromising hair integrity to book a service or achieve a look. Clients are also taught how to protect their hair before, during and after services.
