The salon is open Monday through Sunday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Each stylist is an independent contractor who manages their own bookings, so clients book with a specific stylist through that stylist's booking link or call the salon to learn who is available for promotional packages. Listed prices are estimated starting prices, and exact quotes come from the stylist or their booking link. Hair color appointments usually take about 2 to 4 hours, depending on the color and hair length. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service; later cancellations may be charged part of the scheduled cost at the stylist's discretion.

Booth rental is available to full-time and part-time stylists. Rental stylists receive towel service, back bar shampoo and conditioner, a guest beverage station, WiFi and 24-hour access. They may sell their own retail products and are offered occasional education classes.
