Before booking, clients can have a consultation at no charge that lasts 30 minutes. A blow dry includes a wash, conditioner and a customized style. The Signature Blowout membership gives four blowouts a month with a reserved standing weekly appointment, and it is applied automatically at checkout when clients book through the services page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

The salon is open Monday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Sundays. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible so they can reschedule.
