The color menu runs from glosses and glazes to base color, face framing, foil highlights, balayage and blonde root retouching. A 10-minute color for grey coverage is offered for brunettes only. Many color services can be paired with a haircut or a blowout, and combined appointments are longer.

Keratin smoothing comes in two options. Express Keratin is a lighter smoothing treatment that the salon says lasts about 3 months. Cezane Original Keratin is a formaldehyde-free smoothing treatment that the salon says lasts up to 5 months and reduces blow-dry time by 30%, according to its services page.

New clients can book a 30-minute new hair consultation, which can also be held over FaceTime. Add-ons can be added to a visit: the Refresh Ritual uses steam, light hydration and a scalp massage, and the Detox Ritual adds exfoliation, massage and steam, but is only available with a haircut or blowout, not with color. The Mineral and Chlorine Detox is a 20-minute treatment for removing chlorine and hard metals from hair.

Cancellations and reschedule requests can be sent by text or email. A cancellation fee of 50% of the service applies if the salon is not contacted at least 48 hours before the appointment, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold for $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.
