Bookings begin with a range of services grouped by type. A one-on-one consultation covers scalp and hair health, goals, texture, density, length, lifestyle and current routine, and ends with service and product suggestions and a plan for the next visits. The consultation costs $25, and that fee is credited toward a first full-service appointment booked within 31 days; after that window it is not refunded and does not carry over.

Protective installs are a large part of the menu: traditional, closure and frontal quick weaves, traditional and closure sew-ins, and extensions such as tape-ins and bundle installs. Closure sew-ins are done with a full braid-down and minimal leave-out. Frontal styles are described as high maintenance, so the salon advises clients who are unsure of upkeep to visit about every two weeks. The salon also builds U-Part, closure and frontal wigs from bundles a client provides, and it will not work with a used wig or with lace that has not been customized.

Booking terms are set out in advance. Deposits of $25, $50 or a percentage apply depending on the service and hair length, and the deposit goes toward the balance. Balances are paid in cash or by Zelle. Clients who have not been regulars for more than six months cannot pay by credit card. Rescheduling or cancelling is done through the online booking system, and changes made at least 48 hours ahead let the deposit carry to the next appointment. No-call, no-shows and late cancellations are charged the full price of the booked services. Deposits and services are non-refundable, and appointment times are estimates.

The salon encourages clients to change up their styles regularly and to alternate protective periods with time for the hair to rest.
