Braid options include Miracle Knots Braids, a knotless-style braid with pre-threaded human hair, along with traditional box braids, knotless braids, Fulani/Tribal braids, feed-in braids, crochet styles and individual singles, which are priced by size after a consultation. Loc services are priced by the age of the locs, from starter locs up to established locs six years and older, and the salon also offers retwists, interlocking, comb coil starters, faux locs, instant locs and loc extensions. Major loc services and extensions require a consultation first, and the salon asks for a 25 percent deposit to secure some appointments.

Beyond braids and locs, the salon offers relaxers, perms, color, cuts, trims, silk press straightening, mini twists, weave installation and takedown, lash extensions, facials customized to skin type, and face and body waxing. Standard major services include shampoo, conditioning and a blow dry. Clients can add scalp and hair treatments, a Luxury Experience with high frequency treatment or massage chair time, and Olaplex treatment.

Family memberships are available for immediate household members with verification, with a base price that covers two people and an added fee for each additional person.

Heir-I-tage, the not-for-profit tied to the salon, focuses on empowering, educating and providing career solutions for children and women in care. It provides free and reduced salon services, empowerment and hair health workshops, hair care classes and limited apprenticeship programs. Heir-I-tage plans to offer apprenticeships leading to licensure in cosmetology or barbering.
