Braiding is the core of the menu, with 2-4 braids, six to eight straight-back cornrows, stitch braids, designer cornrows, XL and rope braids, large, medium and small braids, and crochet. A take-down, wash and detangle is offered as a starting step and is discounted when booked with a new braid service. The business describes its braid appointments as a full-service experience that includes a thorough detangle, a clarifying wash, deep conditioning and a blow dry.

Locs are another main focus: retwists with or without a wash, maintenance, coloring, interlocking, starter locs, sister locs and sister loc retwists, faux locs, instant locs, loc extensions and combing out, along with a loc detox and style, a loc restoration package, styles over locs and loc attachments or repairs. Loc extension hair is not included and must be brought by the client, and interlocking and invisible locs require hair at least 3-4 inches long.

Beyond braids and locs, the studio offers hair styling for natural hair, including consultations, a heat-free wash and style, haircuts and trims that include a wash, silk presses for natural hair, detangling for locs and matted hair, and updos and bridal hair. Makeup services cover a natural or runway look and a full glam look. Children ages 2 to 18 can book loc retwists, natural braids and twists, braids and twists without added hair, silk presses, and several braid and starter loc styles.

The studio also teaches. A one-on-one braiding course, about 12 hours, includes a braiding kit, hands-on training, a certificate of completion and lifetime mentorship. A two-day Beginner Loc Course, about six hours, covers healthy loc foundations, starter locs and retwisting.

Booking is by appointment. A $25 consultation can be applied to a service booked within the same week and is scheduled by text or call at 602-775-0911. Some services require a non-refundable deposit, and some require a 20% deposit that goes toward the final balance. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid losing the deposit. Deposits can be paid through the website, Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash App, where a $5 fee applies. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled, and detangling that runs beyond 15 minutes during a silk press or kids loc retwist carries an extra charge. Clients who arrive with hair already washed, detangled and blown out may receive a discount on several braid and loc services, up to $150 on faux locs.

Work is built around each client's hair condition, scalp health and goals, with a focus on tension-free braiding and healthy loc care.
