Pricing is flat by service type. Every full set costs the same and every fill costs the same, whatever the style or fullness, and customizing a set carries no added charge. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks to keep lashes looking full. A mini fill is a touch-up offered only 8 to 13 days after the last lash service; once 14 days or more have passed, a standard fill is required instead. A fill needs at least half the extensions still intact, otherwise the visit is booked as a full set.

Clients who are unsure about lash adhesive can book a lash extension patch test at no charge. A few extensions are placed with the same adhesive used in full appointments and worn for 24 to 48 hours. For clients with sensitivity concerns, the business recommends booking it at least 48 hours before a lash appointment.
