The color menu runs from a quick gloss and color bump between foil sessions to full highlights, a highlight and color service that includes root touch-up and face-framing highlights, and custom blonding, which is a full transformation that can take around four hours. Color retouches cover grey at the roots. Color and extension consultations are free and take 30 minutes each.

Hair services include bang trims, men's and women's haircuts, blowouts, blowouts with styling, and formal updos. Brow services are brow tinting and eyebrow waxing, and upper lip waxing is also available. Extension installs are priced for each appointment, and a conditioning treatment or a K18 add-on can be added to a visit.

Memberships are available: Essential at $75 per month and Signature at $135 per month, each with a stated monthly saving. Members book through the services page, and membership benefits are applied automatically at in-store checkout. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. A 50% fee applies to booked services for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
