The studio covers three areas: lash services, skin care and spray tans. Lash options range from maintenance fills that replace grown-out or shed extensions between full sets, to lash lifts that curl and lift natural lashes without extensions or mascara, to volume extensions that can be styled from natural to bold.

The skin care service is built around tailored facials, shaped to what each client's skin requires. Optional add-ons include dermaplaning, which clears away dead skin and very fine vellus hair; lymphatic facial massage, intended to support lymphatic drainage and relieve tightness in the face and jaw; and microchanneling, which stimulates collagen by making tiny channels in the skin, aimed at texture and fine lines.

Spray tans are customized to skin tone and use premium solutions. The studio also offers a spray tan party, a private session held in the client's own space that suits bridal parties and events.

Any change to a booking, whether cancelling or moving it, must be requested at least 48 hours ahead. A cancellation made with shorter notice incurs a charge of half the service fee, and a missed appointment is billed the full fee. Clients who do not follow the booking policies are unable to schedule future appointments. If illness forces a change, the salon asks that it be communicated as early as possible, and says such situations are met with understanding.
