The salon calls itself a fun yet refined destination for lashes, brows and restorative spa care, and its menu reaches from lash work and brow services to waxing, facials, peels, dermaplaning, gel nails and hair.

Lash services use the salon's own lash products, and the salon says product quality is a priority, pointing out that lash extensions are not all alike. Brow tinting uses Belmacil tint, and brows are mapped for every tinting service. Between visits, estheticians will show clients how to fill in their brows if they ask.

Signature lash services include the Signature Lash Lift and the Signature Lash Lift & Tint, each taking about an hour. The salon describes its one-shot lash lift as a 20-minute procedure with results lasting six to eight weeks or longer. Facials use Skin Script RX products and an enzyme chosen for each client's skin type, while the Dermaplane Silk Skin Facial pairs dermaplaning with an enzyme peel, extractions and a mask.

Booking details are straightforward. Brow appointments are booked for 30 minutes. New clients are asked for a $25 deposit when booking. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours ahead are subject to a 50% fee, and nail appointments need at least 24 hours' notice. Reminders go out by text or email when an appointment is booked, 50 hours before and four hours before. The salon is open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.

Each service is adjusted to the client's features and goals rather than run on a standard routine, with healthy lashes, thoughtful shaping and careful skin work coming first.

The salon describes its feel as warm and not intimidating, with clients encouraged to ask questions.
