Facials are customized, and the menu includes antioxidant vitamin treatments, HydroDiamond rituals, BioRePeel and microcurrent lifting, along with treatments aimed at radiance, hydration, acne care, rejuvenation, event preparation and relaxation.
Programs are tailored for women, men, teens and brides. The Face Reality acne program is personalized at each visit and offered every two months, with a consultation option that does not include a chemical peel. Teen facials are designed for ages 12 to 18 with oily, acne-prone or sensitive skin, and the men's facial is built for men's skin.
Hours are Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with the studio closed on Sundays. Appointments can be cancelled or moved with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice carry a 50% service fee, and missed appointments without notice are charged the full service. Gift certificates come in values from $100 to $500 or a custom amount, and gift cards can go to one recipient, be shared among several, or pooled for a group gift.
