Visits typically start with a 30-minute consultation, which is complimentary with any treatment booked. During it, the provider talks through hair, scalp or skin concerns and builds a routine to use at home. Facials range from a basic first-time option to fully customized treatments that can include enzyme exfoliation or microdermabrasion, oxygen treatments, peels, nano infusion and lymphatic techniques, with add-ons such as lymphatic drainage and extended massage.

Scalp care is a major part of the menu. Scalp Therapy Revival and Styled Scalp Ritual both include scalp analysis, steam infusion and scalp massage, and clients of the first can leave wet or get a rough dry. The Crown & Skin Connection is a longer head spa treatment that combines scalp oil and steam with a facial, hand and foot treatments and a hair mask. Emily McKee performs it exclusively.
