Each client starts with a free consultation. The studio says every treatment is customized to hair type, skin and the client's goals, and that personalized plans use gentle, skin-safe techniques. Electrolysis is described as a method that can treat light, fine or stubborn hairs that laser may not reach, and the studio states it works across skin tones and hair types.

Because hair grows in cycles, each follicle usually needs several sessions. Most clients begin with weekly or biweekly appointments and space them further apart as hair growth slows. Between sessions, shaving is acceptable if needed, while waxing, tweezing and threading are discouraged because they pull hair from the root. Clients often describe the sensation as a quick heat or a small pinch, and settings can be adjusted for comfort.

The studio interior is designed to feel clean, private and relaxing. A non-refundable deposit secures appointments and is applied to the service total, and appointments are confirmed once it is received. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
