The facial menu includes a Teen Facial for younger skin, an Acne relief Facial that starts with a cleanse suited to the specific type of acne, and a Back Facial that covers the back with a body scrub, light massage and mineral mask. The Dermaplane Facial adds dermaplaning to a customized treatment, and the Nano-Infusion Facial uses custom serums that are infused deeper into the skin. That treatment is described as aimed at fine lines, wrinkles, enlarged pores, acne scarring and uneven tone and texture.

Add-ons can be combined with a facial. Options include LED light therapy in 10 minutes, high frequency in 15 minutes, and dermaplaning in 30 minutes. Waxing is available for the chin, upper lip, brow, underarm and full face.

Clients who want ongoing care can book the Maintenance Facial Package, which covers three treatments for $315 and is listed as a $30 saving. The package can also be split into individual appointments.

Appointments are changed or cancelled by calling or texting (714) 612-1773. The salon asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and it confirms bookings at least one hour ahead, with unconfirmed appointments cancelled automatically. Arriving 10 minutes late also cancels the appointment. Clients should mention any health conditions, including pregnancy, when booking, and some conditions may need a doctor's written permission. Only the client receiving the treatment may go into the treatment room, with few exceptions. Reminder emails arrive 48 hours before and texts 24 hours before, but those messages cannot be used to cancel.
