Booking policies are clear and worth reading before an appointment. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the booked services. Appointments over $200 require a non-refundable 50% deposit that does not carry over to future visits, and new clients booking a keratin treatment pay a $200 deposit. All services are non-refundable, though clients unhappy with a service should contact the salon within 48 hours so adjustments can be made. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are also offered.
