Stylists work as independent stylists at the salon. The salon states they are licensed and educated in barbering, cuts, color, perms, extensions and corrective color. Color is a central focus: the salon says it specializes in traditional blonding and color methods as well as modern techniques, and that it keeps up with current hair trends.

Each service is tailored to the individual guest. Balayage and foilyage methods are chosen by the stylist. Options range from a partial with two colors or a half-head balayage to full foil work, dimensional color, halo highlights, vivids and gray blending. Men's color and blending is offered alongside women's and children's services, and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at consultations, with a signed consent form before any chemical service.

Reservations are not confirmed until the stylist approves them, so the quickest way to reach the stylist is by calling or texting directly. A credit card is required to book and is kept on file for future reservations and fees. Extensions and wedding or event services need 50% paid when booking, and payment is expected at the time of service. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and cash are accepted, and card payments may carry a 3% convenience fee at the stylist's discretion.

Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations may be charged the full service cost to the card on file. No-shows are charged the full amount, and clients more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled and charged for the scheduled services. Clients with illness symptoms are asked to reschedule. Concerns about a service must be raised at the appointment or within 48 hours, and a complimentary corrective service may be offered within 5 days. Services are non-refundable, and redo requests are reviewed by management. Retail products can be returned within 7 days for salon credit, and gift certificates are valid for one year.

The salon says each service is customized to the individual and that it uses color lines and products it considers gentle for people with allergies or scalp sensitivities.
