The facial menu runs from a 35-minute extraction visit to a 90-minute Cryo-Cold Plunge Facial with LED Therapy, a 14-step treatment that uses a heated memory-foam massage bed. The Luna Rose Signature Facial takes 75 minutes and combines a double cleanse, enzymatic exfoliation, a treatment serum, a finishing masque, and a massage of the neck, decollete and scalp. A 45-minute Mini Refresh Facial is also offered. The 90-minute Complexion Correction Acne Treatment asks clients to stop tretinoin and any exfoliating products beforehand. The 90-minute Age-Defy Firming Peptide Treatment uses a mask that covers the face except the mouth, nose and eyes, so it is not recommended for clients who feel claustrophobic. A Circadia Oxygen Rx Facial is listed as coming soon, with no price yet.

Body work includes the Bye Bye Bacne Body Treatment, a 60-minute visit that uses a calcium bentonite clay mask and includes extractions. Waxing covers the face, brows, lips and chin, along with arms, legs, underarms, chest, stomach, back and intimate areas. Clients are asked to stop retinols, Retin-A, Accutane, exfoliating acids and other intensive active products on the treatment area for at least two weeks before waxing. Five HydroJelly aftercare masks are available afterward at $15 each.

Brow services include brow mapping, brow waxing, brow tinting, brow lamination, and lamination with tint. Lash lifts, with or without tint, lift and darken natural lashes without extensions or mascara. Nail services are provided by independent technicians based within the studio.

Booking is handled through Vagaro. Text at (774) 564-2895 is the quickest way to reach the studio, and Instagram direct messages at @lunarose.skinstudio are also accepted. Clients have 10 minutes after their scheduled time to arrive; late clients must be cancelled and are charged 50% of the service plus a $20 non-refundable deposit to rebook. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, otherwise 50% of the service is charged along with a $20 deposit. No-call no-shows are charged the full service price and flagged, and more than two of them block future bookings. Unpaid fees and deposits also prevent new appointments.
