Team members take advanced trainings, seminars and education programs to keep their knowledge current.

Skin treatments are the core of the studio. A New Client Facial, which includes an in-depth skin consultation, is the starting point, and it is required before GlycoAla Bio or Procell Microchanneling treatments so the skin is properly prepared. From there, options range from Advanced Environ peels and infusion facials, which use DF Machine technology, to Glo2Facial, the Vajacial for the bikini area, and ProGlo, which combines Glo2Facial with Procell. Teen clients under 16 can book a Teen Environ Facial. The studio also uses Environ skincare, which it describes as science-backed professional skincare, and carries EltaMD products.

Beyond the skin room, the studio offers Reiki sessions and sound healing with crystal singing bowls, along with a weekly women's group called HER Space and a Parent Group for discussing parenting and practical tools. Waxing covers small areas like nostrils and lips through to full legs and Brazilian services. Lash and brow services include lifts, tints, lamination and combination packages.

Through Beyond Travel, offered with Salty Air Travel, the team plans curated group trips and personalized itineraries. Destinations include Europe, the Caribbean and the United States, with inclusive resorts, ocean and river cruises and guided tours. Bookings for appointments are made through the studio's Glossgenius booking page.

Education comes first, with honest advice and treatments chosen to suit how each person's skin works. The studio says its treatments use proven techniques and advanced technology, and its team keeps training through advanced courses and seminars.
