Fills are booked within 3 weeks of a previous set, and the studio asks that at least 40% of the extensions remain intact and are well maintained. If fewer than 40% remain or more than 3 weeks have passed, the appointment may be handled as a new set rather than a fill. Lashes applied at another salon are not filled here; they are booked as a new full set with a removal add-on, which is listed at an additional $10.

The studio also offers a keratin lash lift for natural lashes, a 1 hour service that lifts and curls them using a keratin-based solution. The studio states that the treatment strengthens and nourishes lashes and that results last 6-8 weeks. Removal is offered on its own as a 30 minute service for lashes applied here, or as a 30 minute foreign removal for lashes applied elsewhere.

Deposits are required to hold a booking. A $30 non-refundable deposit is due on the day of booking for extension and lift appointments, and removal-only appointments require a deposit equal to the full removal price. A deposit can move to a new date if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead; otherwise it is forfeited. Appointments without a deposit are canceled automatically, and changes to a booking are made through the appointment confirmation email.

Payment is taken in cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or Apple Pay. Credit and debit cards are not accepted. Bookings and questions are handled by text at (213) 464-3523, since the owner cannot answer calls during appointments.
