Services range from root touch-ups, gloss and toner work and foil or balayage highlights to haircuts for women, men and unisex shag or wolf cuts, perms, Japanese straightening, keratin treatment, deep conditioning, blowouts and extension removal. Prices are starting prices, and final costs depend on hair condition, length, density and added services. Some prices also vary by the stylist booked.

Before color, extension, keratin or Magic Straight work, clients can have a free 10-minute consultation to talk through their questions. Chemical services require a signed consent form that covers allergic reactions and asks clients to report any adverse effects within 48 hours. Some services need a deposit at booking, which is applied to the cost on the appointment day.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM and is closed Sunday and Monday. A missed appointment without notice forfeits the deposit. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice, or on the same day, carries a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Refunds are not given for services or products, extension services are not refundable or exchangeable, and gratuities are non-refundable. Small tweaks or adjustments are offered within 7 days of an appointment for genuine concerns about results.
