Lumour offers primary care and aesthetics medicine from one office in Greer. The primary care practice is MDVIP-affiliated. Annual membership is $2,500, or $1,250 paid semi-annually or $625 quarterly, and payment options vary by physician. Members can reach their physician by phone after hours and on weekends, and the practice offers same-day or next-day appointments with minimal waiting, similar to concierge medicine.

On the aesthetics side, the custom facial is a 60-minute session with a licensed aesthetician. It includes cleansing, layered masks, extractions, massage and moisturizing, using medical grade skincare from SkinCeuticals and Noon Aesthetics. Hydrafacial, performed on the Syndeo system, is a non-invasive treatment with cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and infusion, lasting 30 to 90 minutes with no downtime. Back treatments are offered as a separate service.

Injectable and procedure options include botulinum toxin (Botox Cosmetic), given by a physician injector to soften frown lines, crow's feet and forehead lines. Chemical peels range from superficial to deep and can be used on the face, neck, chest and hands; after a peel, skin should stay makeup free and protected from the sun for at least two to four days, and flaking usually starts after 48 hours and resolves within two to five days. Microneedling, using SkinPen and Exceed devices with a numbing cream, is used for acne scars, fine lines, age spots, large pores, minor scars and stretch marks, and a series of three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart is suggested. PRP therapy uses a concentrate of the patient's own platelets, applied by microneedling to the face or over thinning hair areas. Dermaplaning uses a sterile surgical blade to remove peach fuzz and the top layer of dead skin.

The initial aesthetics consultation is complimentary. Each patient receives an individualized treatment plan, and the business says its procedures aim for little to no recovery time. Financing is available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later service, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; the office is closed on weekends.
