Membership is the core of the practice. Members pay a flat monthly fee with no surprise bills, get longer appointments and can reach the physician by portal, text, phone, video chat or email. House calls are available to members, and members can reach the practice for urgent needs after hours. Individual enrollment is $99, with monthly fees of $110 for ages 0 to 2, $115 for ages 3 to 17, $155 for ages 18 to 41, $165 for ages 42 to 64, $175 for ages 65 to 99 and $95 for ages 100 and up. A family enrollment fee of $180 applies, and each additional child adds $65 per month. Children are eligible with at least one adult membership, an annual plan waives the enrollment fee, and the practice lists 5% off for couples and for families of two adults and two children under 18. Non-member consultations, acute and chronic care visits start at $250. The practice operates on a cash-pay model and does not bill insurance, though many services may be paid with HSA or FSA funds depending on plan eligibility.

The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Thursday visits are by appointment only, and the office is closed on weekends. Labs and imaging, including X-rays, CT and MRI, are discounted, and many commonly prescribed medications can be dispensed in-house at cash pricing.

Beyond primary care, the practice offers medical weight management with a physician-led plan covering education, nutrition, activity and medical care, along with GLP-1 therapy under physician supervision, body composition analysis, nutrition counseling and lifestyle coaching. Hormone replacement therapy is offered for women and men after a medical review and labs. The travel clinic provides pre-travel consultations, vaccinations and malaria prevention, and the practice recommends booking four to six weeks before a trip when possible. Physician-directed IV hydration takes place in a spa-style lounge, and new IV patients start with a wellness consultation. The aesthetics menu includes Botox, fillers and PDO thread lifts, microneedling, facials, chemical peels, sclerotherapy for spider and small varicose veins, and ear piercing.
