Every service is tailored to the client. Visits start with analysis of the skin, and the esthetician selects the modalities, exfoliation methods, and enhancements used in each treatment. Clients leave with guidance on home care. The studio describes its visits as calm and elevated, shaped around each client's skin goals.
Facial services run from a 35-minute maintenance treatment up to a 90-minute Nano Infusion Facial, which uses nano-channeling to move serums into the skin's surface with no needles and no recovery time. The Signature Corrective Facial is the salon's corrective option and can combine deeper exfoliation, extractions, dermaplaning, diamond microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, high frequency, cryotherapy and corrective masks. Teens dealing with acne can book a Teen Skin Health Facial with parent or legal guardian consent. The Teen Acne Reset Program meets every two weeks and pairs in-studio visits with home care over either eight or twelve weeks.
New clients begin with a 90-minute New Client Facial, which includes skin analysis, a customized facial, and home care recommendations. Skin Strategy Sessions are a 30-minute analysis for first-time clients, with a lifestyle review and goal setting; the fee is applied to a same-day facial or body contouring service. Virtual Skin Consultations are held on Google Meet and include a $25 skincare credit toward retail purchases of $100 or more, redeemable within 30 days, plus a complimentary four-week progress review by email.
Booking terms are clear. A card on file is required for every booking, and a non-refundable deposit secures the appointment and is applied to the service total. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment forfeit the deposit, same-day cancellations count as no-shows, and no-shows are charged 50% of the service total. Arriving 15 minutes or more late means the service cannot be given and the full fee applies. Multi-session series and packages are paid in full at booking, and repeated late cancellations or no-shows can require full prepayment or lead to a booking ban. The studio is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM and closed on Mondays.
Treatment plans are customized to each client, and every service is adjusted to the individual's skin goals with guidance on home care.
