A Length Membership requires a $450 deposit, then $170 a month. Memberships include hair purchase, installs for a year, and 10% off color services and retail products. A Volume Package costs $520 and a Length Package costs $800, and both include hair purchase, a first install, a first move-up, and 10% off retail products.

The salon sells retail hair care products that its stylists have handpicked. Its loyalty program gives 1,500 points after a first visit, earns points on every dollar spent, and offers extra points during the birthday month, for referrals, and for prebooking the next appointment. Redeeming 1,500 points at checkout gives $15 off.

Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice. With less notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of the service price applies before future bookings. A no-show fee of 50% of scheduled services also applies before future bookings. Guests who have concerns about results can contact the salon within 10 days; refunds are not given, but the salon will correct the service at no charge.
