The facial menu centers on a customized Signature Facial, offered in 60, 75 or 90 minute versions, along with an Express Facial, a Dermaplaning Facial, peels such as glycolic, alpha and beet root options, and a men's facial. Add-on enhancers can be combined with a facial, including microcurrent, RF skin tightening, LED light therapy, galvanic treatment, microdermabrasion and nano infusion. Body treatments cover the bikini line, buttocks and back, with a Kitty Facial that is recommended two days after waxing and a Sugar Body Scrub.

Waxing is offered for men and women across the face, arms, legs, underarms, torso, back and intimate areas. The studio uses a mix of soft and hard wax chosen for each hair type, and says its waxes are low-temperature. Waxing implements are never double-dipped, and technicians wear gloves. A first Brazilian is charged at full price, and maintenance pricing requires a return every four to five weeks. Waxing is not offered to clients taking certain acne or retinoid medications or antibiotics, or within set windows after a chemical peel or recent sunburn.

Brow and lash services include waxing with tint, a Luxe Brow Lamination with tint and a 24K eye mask, and lash tints, lifts and lift-and-tint sessions. The studio asks lash lift clients to keep lashes dry and avoid eye makeup and swimming for the first 24 hours. Clients can book through an online booking page, need a credit card on file, and should cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian at a first visit, and waxing is not offered to children under 13. A free 30-minute facial consultation is available, and retail products can be picked up by appointment at no charge.

The studio describes its approach as personalized treatments built on current technology, and Cindy focuses on continuing education and keeping up with current practices.
