The 3 Sisters Spa is a self-employed practice in downtown Arlington run by its owner, Christine Metcalfe, who performs every service personally. Spots are limited, appointments are requested and confirmed by the owner by text and email, and a credit card is needed to hold a booking.

Facial work is customized to each client. Options include the Customized Facial, a CBD Facial, an Oxygen Fusion Facial, a Jelly Mask Facial and a Detoxifying Pore Treatment, plus extractions and a men's facial priced the same as the other facials. Chemical peels range from a light peel to a full peel with a retinoid booster, and body peels are offered for the neck and chest. Facial microneedling, also called skin needling or collagen induction therapy, is available with neck and chest add-ons, and a consultation is offered beforehand. Back treatments include a sugar scrub and a microdermabrasion done with a diamond-tipped wand.

Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume full sets, with fills, removal and a 30-minute sensitive-eye test patch. Sensitive glues are available. Lash and brow services include tints, lash lifts and perms, and brow lamination with optional waxing and tinting. Face and body waxing is offered, with body waxing for women.

Retail products from the Shira line are sold for use between visits. Clients can pick up products at the spa or have them shipped, and the owner offers a consultation to choose products and build an at-home routine.

The spa takes a holistic view of beauty and wellness and favors natural and organic products. Its clinical procedures combine synthetic and natural ingredients.
