The main service is the Customized Lash Extension Full Set, which can be done in a Natural, Wispy or Volume style. Each visit begins with a consultation, during which the lash artist looks at the client's eye shape, daily routine and goals before choosing a style. The full set takes about two and a half hours.

Between full sets, clients can book a Lash Fill, available up to four weeks after the previous appointment, which takes about an hour and a half. A Touch Up is a shorter refinement visit, about 50 minutes, that is valid up to seven days after the previous appointment; it is not a replacement for a scheduled fill.

Clients who had lashes done elsewhere can book a Foreign Fill, a fill on existing extensions applied by a different lash professional, which takes about two hours. Bottom Lash Extensions, about 20 minutes, and extension removal, about an hour, are also offered.

Each full set starts with an on-arrival consultation to match the style to the client's eye shape, lifestyle and goals.
