Brow work centers on brow lamination, a keratin treatment that sets brow hairs in a chosen direction and shape, and it can be combined with waxing or tinting. A Level III facial can include superficial chemical peels or hydrodermabrasion when appropriate.

New clients pay a one-time $50 deposit after booking, which is taken off the cost of the service and must be paid at least 12 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling needs 24 hours notice, last-minute cancellations are charged half the appointment, and no-shows may be charged in full. Consent forms are available for waxing, lash extensions, lash lift and tint, brow lamination and tint, and facials. Lash training is also offered as a one-on-one course covering classic and volume techniques, sanitation, safety and live model application, and it is described as preparing students to work as certified lash artists.
