Brow services include a Signature Brow clean-up that maps the brow, waxes it, and finishes with a choice of tint or stain. Luxury Brow Lamination adds custom shaping, and the salon describes it as one of its more popular brow services. On the lash side, the Cluster Lash Set is described by the salon as revolutionary, lasting up to 14 days and waterproof. Other lash options are a Lash Lift and Tint and a Korean Lash Lift. The salon says a lash lift lasts about 6 to 8 weeks, depending on natural growth cycle and lifestyle.

The Glam Package combines a lash lift and tint with brow lamination in about 1 hour 20 minutes, and the salon calls it its best seller and most booked service. The Signature Eye Duo pairs cluster lashes with Signature Brows in one hour.

Clients using tretinoin or retinol are asked to stop 5 days before brow lamination, Signature Brows or facial wax. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or transfer of deposit, and deposits are non-refundable inside that window. All sales are final. Before a visit, the salon suggests avoiding heavy eye and brow makeup and caffeinated drinks, and wearing comfortable clothing.
