The business was started by Katia Iacobacci, who studied cosmetology after moving to the United States and then turned toward skin care. Facials are built around each client, with products and protocol steps chosen for skin type and concerns. Peel depth depends on the chemical used and the skin condition being treated.

Head spa visits combine a deep cleanse, aromatherapy, heat therapy, a keratin hair mask and a hydrating conditioner, and the three top rituals include a light blow-dry. The salon says its Rezenerate nano technology increases product penetration by 40 to 50 percent. The site also describes microcurrent facial toning as a non-surgical option often called a face lift.

Body treatments include polishes, scrubs, a slumber ritual, an ageless treatment and a wrap. Several are listed for women only. Body scrubs are showerless exfoliation, so clients are advised to wear loose clothing afterward, and disposable underwear is provided for every body treatment. Clients are asked to share allergies, product reactions and health concerns when booking.

Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice to avoid an $80 fee, and no-shows are charged the full appointment price. Arriving 15 minutes late may mean the appointment is rescheduled or shortened. Services are not refunded, but the spa will work on any issue until the client is satisfied. eGift cards are sold online in amounts of $50, $100, $200, $300 or a custom amount, and redemption requires the unique 16-digit code. Memberships are also offered online.
