Every visit begins with a consultation, and the team says it will advise against treatments that do not fit a client's goals. Injectable visits begin with an assessment of the face or the client's goal rather than a menu. Consultations are $50 and that deposit is applied toward treatment if the client goes ahead. Neurotoxin and dermal filler appointments include a complimentary consultation at the start of the visit.

Body contouring plans treat fat and muscle as separate goals, track changes over time, and combine each area into one schedule. An owner who holds a degree in exercise physiology builds these plans. The ShapeScale 3D body scan takes under a minute, creates a body model with more than 20 measurements, and tracks body composition, circumferences and posture over time for $199.

The business owns its equipment rather than renting it. That includes truSculpt iD for fat reduction using heat, EMSCULPT NEO for muscle work, EMTONE, InMode EVOKE, Secret RF microneedling and Cutera devices. Laser treatments are performed on a Cutera Xeo laser by a licensed provider, and the business says its treatments use FDA-approved devices. Skincare from ZO Skin Health and SkinBetter Science is sold, including through a SkinBetter online shop.

The location is wheelchair accessible, and guests can come in without an appointment. Hours run Monday through Saturday, and Sunday visits require booking ahead. Drivers can park on Central Street right at the front, or use the rear lot that is reached from Brook Street. All services are paid for directly, since insurance is not accepted. Payment plans are offered through Cherry, and 0% APR options are available to those who qualify. Accepted payment methods are cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. FSA funds may be applied to the weight loss consultation.

Each treatment is physician-supervised. Visits start with a consultation or an assessment of the client's goal, and treatments that do not suit that goal are advised against.
