The focus is color, blonding and hair extensions, planned so that results are low-maintenance and grow out well. Visits are scheduled around how often a guest wants to come in and how they style at home. Pricing is all-inclusive, with services packaged into one price. Longer or thicker hair may need extra product or time, which carries an additional charge that is discussed before the service. The price shown at booking is otherwise the price paid.

The salon is a private studio with a calm feel, and guests can choose drinks and snacks, personalized music and a quieter or livelier experience. The salon describes its service as personal and relaxed, meant to make guests feel heard. Photos of the finished look may be taken after the service.

Appointments are booked online through the salon's booking site or app, and existing guests can also book from monthly booking emails. Online booking opens two months ahead, at 8:00 AM on the first of each month. Cards and tap-to-pay are accepted, with Affirm payment plans for extension purchases. Cash, checks and money orders are not accepted. Free parking is available, and nearby shopping and dining are close by. Children under 9 are not serviced.
