The salon describes its work as luxury lived-in blonde meant to hold up between appointments. Services range from full highlight and blonding sessions to haircuts, blow-outs, sew-in and keratin-bonded extensions, short maintenance visits and smaller treatments.

Every color service includes a treatment, a haircut or trim, and a style. The menu is grouped into a Signature Service Menu, longer blonding sessions, maintenance visits, extensions, haircut and blow-dry services, and add-ons. Products used and recommended are chosen to protect color tone and nourish hair. Existing colored hair usually takes two sessions to reach a goal. New guests fill out a consultation form, and responses are sent within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays, with weekend submissions answered on Monday.

Extensions are handled by a single extensionist who only takes clients who are willing to appear on camera for educational and social media content. Keratin-bonded K-Tips are applied one strand at a time, and sewn-in wefts come with a complimentary blow-out one to two weeks after installation. The extensions consultation is free and runs 15 minutes.

Products are chosen to protect color tone and nourish hair. The salon aims for blonde that looks lived-in and holds up between visits, according to its own description.
