Clients can start with a 30-minute consultation call, where the lash artist designs a look around the client's goals, the lash styles available and the options that suit them.
Fills are offered on two schedules: a 2 Week Fill for clients returning between 8 and 15 days, and a 3 Week Fill for clients returning between 16 and 22 days. Both take about 1 hour 45 minutes. Fills depend on how many natural-lash extensions remain, and clients who lose a lot of lashes early are asked to reach out to their lash tech within 48 hours.
Full sets range from the Erika Set, a wet lash look with closed fans placed on each natural lash, to the Gimme More hybrid set, which places a few very fine lashes on each natural lash. The Weekend Girl is a volume set that adds five to ten very fine lashes to each isolated natural lash, and Dark Matter is a mega-volume set that takes about 2 hours 15 minutes and requires a consultation first.
Kay recommends the Gimme More hybrid set to clients who are new to lash extensions and does not recommend the Erika Set for clients without full natural lashes.
Looks are planned around each client during a consultation, and sets are matched to the health and fullness of the client's natural lashes.
