The hair menu covers cuts for children, men and women, shampoo and style, toner, color and highlights, perms, keratin blowouts, Brazilian blowout treatments and keratin smoothing treatments. Hair extensions are priced during a consultation. Makeup ranges from everyday makeup and bridal makeup to airbrush makeup, with strip lashes available as an add-on and makeup lessons offered. Waxing covers brows, lip and chin.
New guests need a credit card stored on file to book. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice; a shorter-notice cancellation is charged half the service price, and a missed appointment without notice is charged the full price.
The studio combines American glamour with Australian style, and selects its team members carefully for consistent quality. Team members keep learning through in-studio education and training elsewhere in the country.
The studio describes its feel as trendy and sophisticated but laid back, in the spirit of Bondi Beach.
