Facial menus run from a mini facial or teen facial to Hydrafacial and Glo2 treatments. Acne care is set up as a series: a short check-in reviews how treatments are working and whether at-home and in-office care needs adjusting, and weekly treatments include a double cleanse followed by high frequency or LED light. New clients can book a Face Reality consultation or a free consultation before choosing a treatment.

Add-ons such as LED light, microcurrent, dermaplaning, chemical peels and nano needling can be combined with a facial. Waxing covers the face, head, body and intimate areas, and brow services range from maintenance and tinting to lamination. Lash and makeup services include lash lifts with tint and bridal makeup.

Packages and gift cards are available. Buying three Glo2 Premium, Platinum Hydrafacial or Keravive scalp treatments comes with a free fourth visit or a stated saving, and package credits apply automatically at checkout. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment.

Hours are Monday 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 9 AM to 9 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM; the studio is closed Wednesday and Sunday. Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 30% fee.

Treatments are chosen around the concern and how the skin works, and at-home and in-office care can be adjusted together over time.
