The studio plans each facial around the client's skin type and specific concerns, with the goal of making every treatment personal rather than standard. Facials use Le Mieux products, including its anti-aging formulas, and the studio's menu includes options for dryness, firming, calming and acne or blackheads. During a facial, Lana explains each product she uses and why it is being applied. Some facials also include a massage of the upper body and feet.

Waxing is offered across the face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini and back, and the studio says it follows strict sanitary practices and does not double dip. Waxing is not recommended for clients using certain chemical treatments or with recent sun exposure. Appointments are required, with hours from 9:00am to 7:00pm on weekdays and 9:00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays. Cancellations, no-shows and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, or a fee may apply. Gift certificates are available on request.

Treatments are customized around each client's skin concerns and skin type, with the aim of personalized sessions.
