LUMI Aesthetics is a medical aesthetics and wellness practice with clinics in Cookeville, Lebanon and Manchester, Tennessee. Katie Miller, a nurse practitioner, is the owner and founder. She has worked in aesthetics since 2019, earlier spent time at a plastic surgery practice, and opened her own aesthetic clinic in 2022. Neuromodulators are $13 per unit (member pricing $12) and take about 30 minutes; filler starts at $700 with cost based on the area; Moxi is $650 per face and neck treatment; microneedling is $375 per treatment or $950 for a series of three; Morpheus8 face and neck is $900 per treatment or $2,500 for three; Lumecca face and neck is $500 per treatment. Neuromodulators, filler and Sculptra are not used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Cookeville and Lebanon are open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm and Friday from 9am to 4pm. The Manchester clinic has private parking to the side of the building and sits to the right of Swanson and Duncan Dental office. It serves patients from Tullahoma, Manchester, Decherd, Estill Springs and southern middle Tennessee. Manchester does not offer laser hair removal, IPL or Morpheus8, and its functional medicine care is provided virtually. Four monthly memberships are available: Glow Plus at $100, Glow Luxe at $150, Glow Wellness at $175 and ilLUMInate at $300, each with member discounts on services and products. Memberships can be paused for up to two months at a time, a longer pause cancels the membership, and a six-month wait applies before rejoining after cancellation.

Medical-grade skincare is sold from the LUMISKIN line, ZO Skin Health, SkinBetter and Colorescience, both online and in clinic. LUMI also offers training for medical aesthetic injectors, with inquiries made through a training inquiry form.
