The spa is tucked behind the Steven Allen clothing store in the Robertson Courtyard, on the left as you enter the courtyard, and its sign is visible from the street. It is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Valet parking is available at 665 North Robertson Boulevard, and there is also an open-air lot at 8752 El Tovar Place and a five-level self-parking structure at $1 per hour. Limited two-hour street parking is nearby.

Facials are the core of the menu. The Lulur Signature facial ($180, 60 minutes) opens with a skin analysis and is customized to each client. The Lulur Ultimate facial ($280, 80 minutes) adds light microdermabrasion, extraction if needed, a sculpting lift, a custom ampule massage, an EGF peptide and hyaluronic acid cellular mask, and a micro jet oxygen vitamin infusion. A 60-minute Microdermabrasion & Oxygen Infusion ($180) includes extraction, purple antibacterial light, custom-blended serums, a soothing mask and an oxygen infusion of vitamins A, B, C and E. Skincare for Men Only ($180, 60 minutes) combines steam exfoliation, extractions, a custom serum massage and a hydrating mask, and addresses ingrown hairs, razor burn and ear grooming.

Beyond facials, the spa offers Balinese massage, slimming body wraps, aromatic shower treatments and whole-body treatments built on organic herbs, essential oils and aromatherapy, per press quoted on the site. Massages are listed at 30 minutes. Press quoted on the site also describes a Javanese Lulur treatment with a jasmine-frangipani oil massage, a rice, turmeric and jasmine scrub, a yogurt massage, an aromatic shower and a Balinese massage. Waxing uses Flora Azulene wax designed for sensitive skin, and eyebrow services include waxing, tweezing, threading and trimming, shaped to each client.

Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without a charge of 50% of the service price, and a no-show on a confirmed appointment is charged the full service price. Guests are asked to set phones to vibrate and to leave pets and children at home. Gift certificates can be bought in any amount or as e-gift vouchers in $100, $200, $300 and $500 amounts, sent by mail or email with delivery expected within the week.

Treatments are tailored to each client, pairing clinical and paramedical skincare with product guidance and a home routine.
