Pricing for color depends on the technique, the time involved and the customization needed, and is set during a consultation. Extensions are made from 100% human hair and include hand-tied and sewn-in wefts, plus halo extensions for thinning in the top, fringe and hairline areas.

Other services include women's, men's and children's haircuts for ages 6 and under, up-dos for special occasions, perms, a Brazilian Blow Out and conditioning treatments. Waxing is offered for brows, upper lip and chin. Makeup is customized for any occasion, from soft to bold, and one-on-one makeup lessons are available.

Walk-ins are accepted and the salon is kid friendly. Clients are asked to share inspiration photos showing what they like and dislike, and color clients are asked to arrive with clean hair. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the booked service. Free parking, disabled access, a snack bar and WiFi are available, and online gift certificates can be purchased.

The salon describes its carried hair products as having clean, healthy ingredients. Its home-care guidance is to shampoo about every other day, though some clients wash daily, and to use a heat protectant before blow drying.
