The main focus is lash work. Lash extensions are applied individually, one lash at a time, in a range of sizes. Options run from classic sets and hybrid or volume sets to mega volume full sets, with fills booked one, two or three weeks apart. Clients are advised to come in every two to three weeks to keep extensions looking full. The salon also offers lash lifts, lash tints, and a combined lift and tint. It does not use strip lashes or magnetic lashes. A 15-minute lash consultation is available, with no listed price.

Brow services include a brow lamination package at $120, which takes about an hour and includes tint and shaping, along with brow stains and a combined wax and stain. Clients are advised to return every four to six weeks after lamination. Waxing covers brows and lip. Visits range from 15 minutes for a brow or lip wax to about 30 minutes for a stain or tint.

Aftercare is part of the visit. Lash extension clients take home a cleanser and lash brush for care at home, and lash extension aftercare advises avoiding oil or glycol products, makeup wipes, Q-tips and cotton balls, and brushing only when dry. Lash lift and brow lamination clients are asked to keep water, steam and makeup away from the eye area for the first 24 hours. Brow oil is provided for daily use after lamination. Clients who refer a new client receive 10% off their next visit.

The salon focuses on careful, individually applied lash work and provides clear at-home aftercare to help results last between visits.
