Lash work is the center of the menu. Every lash appointment starts with a consultation, and the lash consultation runs about 15 minutes. Clients can choose classic, natural, hybrid or premium volume (mega) full sets, individual extensions, refills at two or three weeks, lash lifts with or without tint, and strip application. The business lists hybrid and natural lashes as its best sellers. First-time guests receive an introductory rate on full sets. Memory foam lash beds are provided during lash services, and clients are advised to avoid tubing mascara, pencil eyeliner and oil-based cleansers after extensions.

The KemSkin Signature Facial takes 90 minutes and includes skin analysis, extractions, custom masks, lymphatic drainage massage and a finishing treatment, with LED or high-frequency added as needed. The business also offers a combined HIFU and micro-needling treatment it describes as a non-surgical facelift. For body work, EMSculpt and ultrasonic cavitation with radio frequency are available. Massage options range from Swedish and prenatal massage to deep tissue upgrades and a signature massage.
