Lash appointments are booked by phone, and the studio works by appointment only. The studio's stated focus is high-quality lash work that keeps natural lashes healthy. Classic extensions take about 2.5 hours and cost $200, with one extension per natural lash. Hybrid extensions, at $225, combine Classic and Volume styles. Volume extensions, at $250, place two to six fan-shaped extensions on each natural lash, with weight and number customized. Mega Volume extensions, at $300 and about 2.75 hours, place seven to fifteen ultra-fine custom extensions on each natural lash. Full sets begin with a consultation and can take up to three hours, while most fills take within 60 minutes. Touch-ups are recommended every two to three weeks, priced from $55 at one week to $150 at four weeks depending on the style.

New clients who already have lashes from another salon book a transfer appointment, called Outside Studio Fill or Client Transfer Fill, so the existing extensions can be assessed. These take about 1.25 hours and start at $125. The studio may not fill heavy or overly long extensions from another salon and may instead recommend removal and a fresh full set. Each extension client receives an aftercare kit, and the studio gives nightly cleaning, avoidance of heat, steam and oily products, and no self-removal as core aftercare. The studio says lash extensions shed with the natural lash, which is normal, and that two to four lashes typically shed per day. Keratin Infusion Lash Lift and Tint takes about 1.5 hours and costs $125; the studio says it increases each lash's diameter by 40% and can keep lashes lifted for 8 weeks or more. Lifted lashes should avoid heat, steam, washing, mascara and oily removers for 48 hours.

Skin care services can be booked online. Facials include the Signature Custom Facial ($98), the Express Facial ($67), the Back Facial ($88), the Gentleman's Cooling Facial ($88), the Prenatal Pamper Facial ($98), the Dermaplane Facial ($120, not performed on active breakouts or lesions), the Grand Deluxe Facial ($200, including nano infusion for the face, neck and decolletage), the Nano-Infusion Facial ($135 per session or $435 for four, with a series recommended), the Acne Detox Facial ($115 per session or $370 for four, with a consultation required) and the Beyond Botox Facial ($190, 90 minutes). Chemical peels cost $80, or $100 with a mask. The Alpha/Beta Complex Peel is not available to first-time clients, and before and aftercare must be reviewed first. Clients who have recently used Accutane need a note from their physician before any treatment.
