The studio describes individual extensions as the safest and best option for natural lashes. Extensions are applied by licensed lash artists at the salon and are attached to the natural lashes rather than the eyelids. Because extensions last about two to three weeks and natural lashes shed, the studio offers refills, and it recommends a professional lash bath one to two times between fills.

Founder Mallory Cooper runs the studio. Visits can be booked as a full set, a refill, a lash bath, an extension removal with a deep lash cleaning, or as a Diamond Membership. Clients who arrive with lashes or extensions that were not applied at Lulu Lash need a removal booked at the same time. Appointments after 6 PM carry an after-hours add-on.
