Every visit to the extension menu starts with a mandatory consultation, which lasts about an hour, helps match the extension type to the client, and sets the final quote. Color is charged by the hour, at a different rate for thin to medium density hair than for thick hair, and a deposit secures color and haircut appointments.

The salon works with 100% natural, silicone-free Slavic hair. Each piece is hand-selected and custom-colored and toned to match the client's own shade. Keratin bonds are smaller and flatter than traditional ones, so they can sit in visible areas such as bangs and part lines. WEFTs are sewn in with beads to anchor them and then blended with a cut. Hybrid installations combine WEFTs at the back of the head with keratin bonds at the hairline.

Previously purchased keratin hair can be reinstalled at a lower reinstallation rate, while hair bought elsewhere is charged as a new installation. WEFTs bought from the salon can be reused with regular move-up appointments there. The salon also sells ready-to-ship hand-tied wefts through its online shop.

Extensions are matched to each client through a required consultation, and the salon's own hair is sourced and custom-colored in-house.
