Before booking a service, clients can take a free 25-minute hair consultation. Extension clients can book a separate 25-minute extension consultation to plan color matching, their hair goals and ordering hair before installation. Color correction is quoted after a consultation, because the salon builds a personalized plan and price, and the work may take several sessions.

The menu is built around texture. The Curly Cut is a dry cut shaped to each client's curl pattern, and it includes a lesson on styling at home; a steam treatment can be added. Blow dries include a wash, and there is no extra charge for beach waves or curls.

Color work runs from single-process touch-ups and glazes to partial and full balayage, reverse balayage for going darker while keeping dimension, scalp bleach retouches for double-process blondes, and a double-process bleach service. Extension options include hidden bead wefts in one, two or three rows, I-Tip and K-Tip installs and removals, and move-ups. Hair for extensions is priced separately for the hidden bead services.

Cancellations or changes need at least 72 hours' notice. Later changes carry a 25% service charge, a no-call or no-show is charged 50% of the service fee, and clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment cancelled.
